I'm at a complete loss for this expression.
The context is a DVD explaining haemophilia to young people. It involves animations to help with the explanation of clotting factors. In this animation the DVD is explaining how treatment at home can work. The phrase is in the middle of the following sentence
Begin bloeding in de tuin, naar binnen niet hospitaal, preparatie, regels, dagboek, motiveerd blijven huiselijke situatie, tuuk op zijn bakkens, spuiten in de arm …………
As you can see it is pretty telegraphic and any help with this phrase would be much appreciated.
