this is the best I can suggest is to say it like that, although it can be translated as (ثنائي المجال) or something like that, but I bilieve that is better to translate it like as (دي دايمر), and here is a definition of the structure :
D-dimer: A fragment produced during the degradation of a clot. The D here stands for domain. Dimer indicates two identical units, in this case two identical domains. D-dimer result from complete breakdown of the clot. Monoclonal antibody to the D-dimer fragment provide the basis for the main methods of detecting it. The presence of D-dimers in the blood is a reliable clue that clotting has begun. Sometimes written d-dimer or D-Dimer. Pronounced deemer.

it also can be (in arabic) = ثنائي النطاق او ثنائي التنسيق , but again I would perfer to keep it as I said (دي دايمر) cause this is a lab. test and it is known like that,
about the other question (AT3), you can translate it in arabic,

ووجد العلماء أن 112 من مجموع العينة قد أصيبوا بتركيز عال في مركب دي ديمر وبالكشف عليهم بالموجات فوق الصوتية، وجد أن تسعة منهم في طريقهم للإصابة بجلطة دموية خطيرة وتصلب في الشرايين.
