Although both the GWIT and Microsoft Language Portal translate "granular" as "gedetailleerd", a number of people online seem to use the word "granulair" in Dutch. I'm not sure if this is correct, but I thought I'd point it out. I also wonder whether it might be OK to translate "granular" as "fijnmazig".
