Actually, I think I might easily skip the "agility" meaning, since from the given context it doesn't seem like it HAS to be translated, I mean it's not part of a double entendre or a joke, so.. I would just say: "..tiimi osoitti kykynsä mukautua muuttuviin asiakashaasteisiin."
Besides, even though "agility" in this context reeks of business buzz-word, and "kyky" is a normal word, it's easy to make up for lost buzz-wordiness with the rest of the sentence, just the word "asiakashaaste" has enough business buzzwordiness for the rest of the whole sentence. ;D
