My text is a list of resolutions for travel egency regulations, so not much context:
"Section 1 - Amended to include the ability for a Special Event Location to issue Electronic Tickets."
I have also found an explanation as to what it is:
This facility enables ticket printers to be located on the site of a special event in order that an Agent may remotely print tickets to its clients at that event.

But I can't find if there is an equivalent fixed term in French or even what I could call it in French.
