In accordance with Article 6 of the Mandate Letter entitled “Interest Rate” providing that “the Arranger shall determine, on the basis of the refinancing costs at the considerate date, the fixed interest rate applicable to the Loan, taking into Account the Disagio (as defined in the draft Loan Agreement) and a Margin up to 1.15%”, the company notified on December 9, 2011

Following the signature of the “Lettre de Mandat” on the 02.12.2011 and the confirmation by the bank [...] of the pledge escrow account described in the clause 10 of the “Lettre de Mandat”, we have proceeded upon our request with the fixing of the fixed rate applicable to the Loan Agreement [...].

We are thus pleased to confirm to you that the fixed rate, determined on the 07.12.2011, which will be applicable to the Loan above mentioned is 3.3% p.a.
