Concentrator Collection and Command System: This system, at a request sent by a traffic operational centre, controls active elements located off the road (variable message panels, barriers, etc.) and at the same time collects data from various sensors (weather sensors, vehicle detectors etc.), which are relevant for traffic management. The Concentrator processes data, aggregates it, and sends it to the traffic centre. This kind of systems is built in mechanical and software modules in a way which allow it to satisfy a wide range of technical specifications and requests.
