Except in case of error or omission by the Seller in the price preparation or of a material adverse evolution of any manufacturing costs, prices will remain firm during the applicable calendar year.

Any quotation issued by the Seller constitutes a firm and valid offer for ninety (90) days from the date of the quotation, except for requests received within the last ninety (90) days of a calendar year, in which case the Seller’s quotations are valid until the end of such calendar year, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

The Seller reserves the right to charge the Customer for studies, documents or drawings executed in response to a particular Customer’s request for quotation, at a price covering at least the Seller’s costs.
