Član 5.
U cilju sprečavanja sukoba interesa zaposlenima u Društvu strogo je zabranjeno:

korišćenje i/ili odavanje poverljivih ili insajderskih informacija što bi moglo dovesti do nepoštene prednosti onog koji raspolaže poverljivim ili insajderskim informacijama prilikom trgovanja finansijskim instrumentima, nezavisno od toga da li poverljive ili insajderske informacije koristi sam zaposleni u Društvu ili neko treće lice na osnovu informacija dobijenih od zaposlenog u Društvu.

NAPOMENA:
Možda je bolje u ovom kontekstu koristiti riječ "lice", "osoba", "agencija" ili "entitet" koji raspolaže poverljivim/insajderskim informacijama

Mislim da ne treba komplikovati.. pošto se očigledno radi o klauzuli o zabrani konkurencije, kojom se ograničava pristup određenim kupcima, kao ovde
Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation.
"...neither Seller nor any of its Affiliates will, directly or indirectly, during the Restricted Period, solicit any Restricted Customer (as defined below) to market, sell, or provide services or products ..."
