parafuegos y reguladores de tiro
I'm sure about damper, but about fire flap, not so sure. I've always seen fire flaps as a sort of shovel used to put out fires, but it seems like in this case, parafuegos is more appropriate because they say the fire flaps and the dampers were closed...
