These are some definitions you find for SL on the web:

The complexity class SL; see SL (complexity)
Sierra Leone, ISO country code
sine loco, used in bibliographies to indicate that the place of publication of a document is unknown
special linear group, an type of algebra
Storstockholms Lokaltrafik, public transport operator in Stockholm

Also:

SL = scrollbar list (linux); also,
SL = scrolled lines (linux); also,
SL = service level (pstn); also,
SL = service logic (pstn); also,
SL = Sierra Leone (inet); also,
SL = signal label (sonet); also,
SL = signaling link (ss7); also,
SL = slanted (fnt); also,
SL = slave (pc); also,
SL = slow (ic); also,
SL = space launch (sc); also,
SL = space limit (qa); also,
SL = Spacelab (sc); also,
SL = standard label (gpc); also,
SL = stored logic (pstn); also,
SL = synchronous layer (mpeg4)

But with NO. after SL., it really sounds to me like \"Serial Number\" :)

Check the link Ljiljana provided below, SL is used in the table to refer to \"serial (NO.)\":

agree Tony M : Seems likely, though this is not the most usual or 'standard' abbreviation for it. If only Asker would give us a bit more context? How is the page laid out, are these column headings...?

I agree dusty, I actually found nothing on the web indicating "Serial" by "SL", but it seemed like it to me :) Thank you :)
agree flipendo : I also agree with Dusty. I've seen Sr No for serial number, but I guess there's been a typo mistake, so you're right.

Thanks Marju :)
agree Ljiljana Malovic : It's not a typo or a mistake - it's serial no. http://dipp.nic.in/ut_hp.htm ; look under: Annexure III (explanation of no. 5)

Just checked the link you provided Ljiljana, you're right :) thank you :)
neutral juvera : May be, but if my font setting deceived me, I wonder, if in the original it is definitely L, or not.

About LOC, you're right; I was pressing 5 automatically and will try to avoid it next time. About I and L,if you copied the question heading into a different font,you'll find it's L not I.You'll get the same result in the source word box on answer page :)

neutral Dina Abdo : The asker's question is about S"L" as in "Line" Juvera
33 mins
I don't think so. See: "SI", I typed an I, not an L. On my screen the S is a capital letter in the heading and in the text, and there is no reason to suggest, that the next letter is not.
