English term

FR SR

English Other Human Resources OH&S/audits
hi, I have some trouble to decipher these two acronyms... and I gave you the category of OH&S and audits because that's what the text I'm translating is about, however I'm guessing FR and SR may have sth to do with some kind of functions in the company... my train of thoughts might be wrong, though
could you please help me? and here's the context:

OH&S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AUDIT GRID: Objectives (column): 1. The FR, SR objectives are adapted by the country. 2. The FR, SR objectives are re-adapted by project.

the text was written by the French

thanks in advance :-)

ATTENTION! "FR" peut aussi être l'acronyme de "Final Rule" or "Final Rulemaking", en particulier dans FRD.

Frequency Rate & Severity Rate

The acronyms stand for frequency rate and severity rate, two standard indicators used in calculating work hazards.

Cf:
Workplace safety performance is computed using frequency rate (FR) and severity rate (SR). Only work time lost due to occupational incidents that need to be reported is counted. FR and SR are the 2 most important safety performance indicators that are applied universally; however, calculations differ from country to country. All injuries and time lost should be considered while calculating safety performance.
