All the same, though, wherever I happen to be, I don't think I'm the type that doesn't even lift a finger to prevent a wedding from flatting...

In other words, the person does not do anything to make a wedding exciting.

agree Gabo Pena : actually. that does DO something to stop a wedding from 'pooping out' [although it's the roundabout way of saying it, the old double negative!]
