English to Romanian Law/Patents Law (general)

For the purpose of this clause, company's services are defined as DreamTrips Gold Membership and DreamTrips Platinum Membership, sold by Representatives in Romania on the basis of this Agreement.
Any services in the same generic category as a WorldVentures service is deemed to be competing (e.g., any vacation or travel membership service is in the same generic category as WorldVentures’ DreamTrips Membership, and is therefore a competing service, regardless of differences in cost or benefits).
