When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Prévision insurance plan/policy
If it's paid on death to a beneficiary, it could be a life insurance plan, but I don't think the amount of information you have given justifies making assumptions about that. If you know the company who is providing the insurance (Prévision could be their name?), you could look it up and find more info about it and provide a gloss in brackets after the name of the product.
Thanks Melissa, I will try to look for the company and see what Ican get :) |
funeral insurance
Does Prévision appear with an initial capital on the bank statement? If so, could be a product name that you could leave as is.

I thought so. It's simply a policy that pays a death benefit to the heirs. Sold as funeral/burial insurance in the US (see http://www.onedollarglobeinsurance.com/burial.htm).
this statement start with title : RELEVE DE COMPTE then followed by an usual bank statement description table, below the table, there are 3 little paragraph. The term appears in the second paragraph: En cas de décès, le contrat d’assurance Prévision permet le versement d’un capital compris entre X euros et Y euros au(x) bénéficiaire(s) de votre choix. yes, the original document has the initial capital :) |
health insurance contract

having read the added context it might be something like: Life insurance contract with provision for contingent beneficiaries/including a contingent beneficiary clause
--------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------
or just leave "Prévision" as rkillings suggests ... so would read:
Prévision life insurance contract/policy
--------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------
or: Prévision life insurance plan
Thanks David, your answer is what I presume, let's wait for the others :) |
