Here is a different reference as I'm not 100% sure if the one I first sent isn't perhaps referring to dog food (!!!)

depends, in my opinion who your audience is. If it is general public then, I wouldn't even say fillet. I think most consumers are happy with 'marinated turkey strips'. On the other hand if it is a catalog or you need to be industry specific then, yes you could say fillet but, I don't think inner is necessary even here.

I still think it is OK without inner. That is just my opinion, though.

what about the INNENfilet?
I need to be precise, it is an internal company document..still not sure about the "INNEN" part of the filet

neutral Cetacea : "Innenfilet" is the smallish piece of meat inside the breast, which is very tender, so, as a consumer, I'd very much care to know if I was getting filet or not, especially considering the price tag...
