I know all the words but don't know how to say this in English. I understand that it is some kind of chest xray with 2 something but I don't know exactly what 2 מבטים means in this context and would be happy to have a good translation of the entire phrase. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hebrew term (edited):
צלום בית חזה עד 2 מבטים
2-views chest x-ray
Routine chest x rays consist of two views, the frontal view (referred to as posterioranterior or PA), and the lateral (side) view.

: Either "chest x-ray with two views" or "dual-view chest x-ray". One wouldn't use "2-views" in the plural as a modifier. "View" is definitely the term of preference, widely used also for taking xrays, as opposed to "projection" only when viewed on a screen
