Hebrew term
כה"נ
Hebrew to English

Medical (general)
This abbreviation is mentioned in a hospitalization summary. The patient has a history of Diabetes, plus it says כה"נ שלו מאוזן. What might this be? The only other place I see such an abbreviation is in כה"נ במקום פצ` קשה and I'm not even sure if the context is similar. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

כה"נ and ככה"נ are infrequent abbreviations of ככל הנראה. Probably or most probably (M/P) are used in medical fields).
