CT brain is not my field - confidence level 1/2 Just based on the Hebrew, I am guessing something like: clouding of the space of a portion of the anterior ethmoid cells bilaterally. But I don't know if this makes sense anatomically or neurologically. With luck someone with more knowledge will weigh in on this.
