Hi, Carla. I'm not sure about this one but I wonder if it could be referring to the word Sustenante (s). I'm not sure about the equivalent in English.

Acredito que a abreviação sejá de "Suscitante", ou seja, a juíza está requerendo algo de ofício (incompetência, suspeição). Acredito que o termo que mais se aproxime em inglês seria "elicit":
