I'm translating a case report of a patient with gastritis, esophagitis and other digestive system conditions.
The endoscopic exploration lists "bulbo con bruneritis" among other findings, such as "piloro normal" and "antro con discreta antiritis". No other explanation is given for this, and I can't find "bruneritis" or variants anywhere.
Any ideas as to what this is or what it is a misspelling of?
Thanks in advance

Brunner gland disorder
I'm going for "disorder" as I don't know if it's an infection per se or something more specific than "brunneritis", which mostly appears in foreign texts.
For example, a Brunner gland adenoma is a hyperplastic area of the Brunner glands within the duodenum that is greater than 1cm.

"Two disorders associated with these glands are:
Wikipedia:
"Brunner's gland hyperplasia": Hypertrophy of Brunner's glands in the submucosal layer of the duodenum.
"Brunner's gland adenoma": Polyp-like tumours arising from Brunner's glands."
