após algumas pesquisas, vejo que o termo se refere a a uma rosca que é colocada dentro da coroa dentada e que permite movimento da mesma.

I have "thrown"the "bisinfin" in its housing from the corona which is still in the "mall pillow" and a quich inspection shows it is a very nice "bisinfin" (worm gear) to and "dentated corona" (the gear wheel into which the bisinfin fits) but it seems I may need some "light rings" (spacers) ...anyways it seems pretty easy ...hard to find any problems here however next I look at the motor and gear mesh... I just found out I did not have to pull it down to fix the noise..... oh well... at least I know now.

neutral mirta diez : Tambien hice la "pesquisa" y llegue a rosca sem fim, pero no se trata del "bisinfin" pues segun las imagenes son cosas diferentes.
