This European Standard establishes principles for the qualification and certification of personnel who perform industrial non-destructive testing (NDT). The term 'industrial' implies the exclusion of applications in the field of medicine.
The system described in this European Standard can also apply to other NDT methods, or to new techniques within an established NDT method, provided a comprehensive scheme of certification exists and the method or technique is covered by European, international or national standards, or the new NDT method or technique has been demonstrated as effective through a formal qualification carried out in accordance with CEN/TR 14748.
NOTE 1 Wherever gender specific words such as "his", "her", "he" or "she" appear in this standard, the other gender is also applicable.
When certification of NDT personnel is defined in product standards, regulations, codes or specifications, it is recommended to certify the personnel in accordance with this European Standard.
NOTE 2 The methodology for "Approval" of NDT personnel is not specified in Directive 97/23/EC [4] and it was agreed that guidance was required in order to ensure a consistent approach to the application of the Directive and the implementation of Working Group Pressure guideline 6/13 [5] by Recognised Third Party Organisations (RTPO). As a result a Code of Practice was developed as Technical Report CEN/TR 15589 [3].
The certification covers proficiency in one or more of the following methods:
a) acoustic emission testing;
b) eddy current testing;
c) leak testing (hydraulic pressure tests excluded);
d) magnetic particle testing;
e) penetrant testing;
f) radiographic testing;
g) ultrasonic testing;
h) visual testing {direct unaided visual tests and visual tests carried out during the application of another NDT method are excluded). | Translation - Hungarian
Ez az Európai Szabvány meghatározza az alapelveket az ipari roncsolásmentes vizsgálatot (NDT) végző személyzet minősítéséhez és tanúsításához. Az ’ipari’ kifejezés a gyógyászati területen történő alkalmazások kizárására utal.
Az ebben az Európai Szabványban leírt rendszer alkalmazható más NDT módszerekre vagy új technológiákra egy elfogadott NDT módszeren belül feltéve, hogy átfogó tanúsítási rendszere van és a módszert vagy technikát lefedik az európai, nemzetközi vagy nemzeti szabványok, vagy az új NDT módszer vagy technika hatékonynak bizonyult egy hivatalos, CEN/TR 14748 szerint végrehajtott minősítés során.
1. MEGJEGYZÉS Amikor egy nemre vonatkozó szó „ő”, „övé” előfordul ebben a szabványban, akkor az mindkét nemre vonatkozik.
Amikor az NDT személyzet tanúsítását határozzák meg termékszabványok, szabályok, szabályzatok vagy specifikációk, akkor ajánlott a személyzet tanúsítását ennek az Európai Szabványnak megfelelően elvégezni.
2. MEGJEGYZÉS Az NDT személyzet „Jóváhagyásának” módszertanát nem határozza meg a 97/23/EK [4] irányelv, és megállapodás történt arról, hogy útmutató volt szükséges egy egységes megközelítés biztosításához az irányelv alkalmazásában és az Elismert Független Szervezetek (RTPO) Nyomás Munkacsoport 6/13 [5] útmutatójának végrehajtásában. Eredményként egy Eljárási szabályzat lett létrehozva CEN/TR 15589 [3] Műszaki jelentésként.
A tanúsítás szakértelmet jelent a következő módszerek egyikében vagy többjében:
a) Akusztikus emissziós vizsgálat;
b) Örvényáramos anyagvizsgálat;
c) Tömörségvizsgálat (hidraulikus nyomástesztek kizárva),
d) Mágnesezhető poros vizsgálat;

2.17. Hot Wiring the Cavity Gate

§ 13 Mängelansprüche und Garantieansprüche
1 Der Auftragnehmer hat dem Auftraggeber seine Leistung zum Zeitpunkt der Abnahme frei von Sachmängeln zu verschaffen. Die Leistung ist zur Zeit der Abnahme frei von Sachmängeln, wenn sie die vereinbarte Beschaffenheit hat und den anerkannten Regeln der Technik entspricht. Ist die Beschaffenheit nicht vereinbart, so ist die Leistung zur Zeit der Abnahme frei von Sachmängeln,
a) wenn sie sich für die nach dem Vertrag vorausgesetzte, sonst
b) für die gewöhnliche Verwendung eignet und eine Beschaffenheit aufweist, die bei Werken der gleichen Art üblich ist und die der Auftraggeber nach der Art der Leistung erwarten kann.
2. Bei Leistungen nach Probe gelten die Eigenschaften der Probe als vereinbarte Beschaffenheit, soweit nicht Abweichungen nach der Verkehrssitte als bedeutungslos anzusehen sind.

3.1. Mechanische Messeinrichtung
Die Grundaufbau besteht aus einer robusten Schweißkonstruktion aus Stahl, ausgelegt für die bei Serienproduktion üblichen Beanspruchungen.
Die Mechanik beinhaltet eine Spindel, die von einem bürstenlosen Motor mit einem Drehmoment von 18 Nm angetrieben wird.
Der von der Meßelektronik angesteuerte Motor führt alle Auswuchtfunktionen, sowie die Indexierfunktionen mit hoher Präzision durch.
Die piezoelektrische Kraftaufnehmer und der Winkellagegeber sind abgedichtet und somit für einen Industriebetrieb geeignet.
3.2. Werkstückeinspannung auf Zentriervorrichtung
Das Einspannen des Werkstückes beim Auswuchten erfolgt mittels einer Zentrierspannaufnahme. Diese Spannaufnahme wird durch einen pneumatischen Kolben, der in der Wuchtspindel eingesetzt ist, bewegt.
Die Preßluftzuführung zur Betätigung des Kolbens erfolgt mittels einer Labyrinthsammelleitung ohne Dichtungen. Wartungsprobleme und Störungen bei der Messung werden mit diesem Aufbau weitestgehend vermieden.

3.0. CONSTRUCTION OF THE MACHINE
3.1. Mechanical measuring equipment
The basic construction consists of a robust welded construction from steel, construed for the usual requirements of the series production.
The mechanism includes a spindle that is driven by a brushless motor with a torque of 18 Nm.
The motor, controlled by electronic measuring equipment, performs all unbalancing functions and the indexing functions too with high precision.
The piezo-electric force transducer and the angular position sensor are sealed and they are suitable for industrial plants.
3.2. Part clamping to the centering device
During balancing the part clamping is performed with a centering chuck. This chuck is moved with a pneumatic piston that is used in the balancing spindle.
The compressed air supply to the actuation of the piston is performed with a labyrinth collector line without sealing. Maintenance problems and troubles in the measurement are largely avoided by this structure.
