Rosmeilan Siagian . When I was first offered to work with Smartling in a localization project, I imagined that I would have to deal with a difficult system.
It turned out that I was wrong. Smartling Translation Management System is very easy to learn and it is undoubtedly user-friendly. I become very proficient in using it in no time and the localization project has been running very smoothly.
I highly recommend this system without hesitation.

How easy is it to learn?
Powerful online TMS with great support

James Pan . Our team has been working on this great TMS tool since early 2012 and has completed hundreds of projects.
I have to say that this is really excellent online tool especially for website translation as it is WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). Moreover it is user friendly and powerful on TM, glossary, style guide and query management.
Another advantage is to save cost: as linguists can be notified automatically via email when new contents are ready to translate (PM spent little to involve).
Finally but not lastly, the technical support team is great and nice and Kala is very responsible and helpful. I would strongly recommend this tool and expect more improvements/great functions in the near future.

How easy is it to learn?

Willeke Kafoe . Smartling's TMS works as easy as 1-2-3. I've been working with it for over a year now, and never experienced any problems. It doesn't even need any explanation, translations you've done earlier are saved and you can easily implement them when doing a similar translation. You can also see how many translations you've done already and see what's urgent to translate and what can wait a little. Perfect tool!

How easy is it to learn?
Makes the translation process easy and enjoyable

NinaDe . It is really easy to learn how to use the Smartling Translation Management System. It is offering a lot of tools and features that help making the translation process simple and enjoyable.
So far I worked on software and website localization projects, and it was very helpful that in the system you can see a screenshot of the page you are currently translating. This makes it easier to understand the context and to translate the words correctly.
If you post a comment with your questions, usually you will get an answer within short time. And the system sends automatically an email to you, if there is new content available or if somebody answered your questions.
I only can recommend this system to all other translators!

marinasaga . I've been using this tool for about 2 years now and I enjoy working with it. I don't think there is any other systems that can match this one in the market. It is both easy to use & easy to learn. I've used other tools such as Trados, WordFast and other several platforms with different agencies/companies, but this is the best one so far in terms of user friendliness and effectiveness.
