Source text - Arabic قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (57) لسنة 2018 في شأن اللائحة التنظيمية للقانون الاتحادي رقم (11) لسنة 1992 بشأن قانون الإجراءات المدنية
مجلس الوزراء:
- بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،
وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (11) لسنة 1992 بإصدار قانون الإجراءات المدنية، وتعديلاته،
- وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (6) لسنة 2018 بشأن التحكيم،
قرر:
المادة (55)
1. يجب على المحكمة عند إصدار الحكم أو القرار الذي تنتهي به الخصومة أمامها أن تحكم من تلقاء نفسها في مصروفات الدعوى.
2. يحكم بمصروفات الدعوى على الخصم المحكوم عليه فيها، ويدخل في حساب المصروفات تكلفة ترجمة الإعلان ومقابل أتعاب المحاماة، وإذا تعدد المحكوم عليهم جاز الحكم بتقسيم المصروفات بالتساوي أو بنسبة مصلحة كل منهم في الدعوى على حسب ما تقدره المحكمة، ولا يلزمون بالتضامن إلا إذا كانوا متضامنين في التزامهم المقضي به، ولا يتعدد مقابل أتعاب المحاماة بتعدد المحكوم لهم أو المحكوم عليهم أو بتعدد الوكلاء.
3. يحكم بمصروفات التدخل على المتدخل إن كانت له طلبات مستقلة وحكم بعدم قبول تدخله أو برفض طلباته.
Translation - English Cabinet Resolution No. (57) of 2018
concerning the Regulations of Federal Law No. (11) of 1992
regarding the Civil Procedure Law
Council of Ministers:
Having taken cognizance of the Constitution,
- Having perused Federal Law No. (11) of 1992 regarding the Civil Procedure Law as amended, and
- Having perused Federal Law No. (6) of 2018 on Arbitration,
Resolved:
Article (55)
1. When the Court renders the judgment or the decision which ends the litigation therebefore, it must rule ex officio on the costs of the case.
2. The costs of the case are decided upon by the losing party thereto. The cost of service-of-notice translation and attorneys' fees are included in the expense account. Should there be more than losing parties, a judgment may be rendered to distribute the costs pari passu or in proportion to the interest of each party in the case, as estimated by the court. Such parties are only jointly liable should they be jointly liable for the adjudged amount. Court costs shall not be calculated on the basis of the number of prevailing parties, losing parties or the number of attorneys.
3. The costs of impleader shall be borne by the impleading party should it have independent requests and should it have been decided that the impleader thereof is inadmissible or that his requests are disregarded.

قامت الشركة بالتطبيق للمعيار باستخدام الأسلوب المعدل بأثر رجعي وبالتالي لم يتم تعديل أرقام المقارنة.

Initial Application of Standard and Transition
The Company has applied the standard: 'Revenue from Contracts with Customers' which became effective from 01 January 2021.
The Company has applied the standard using the modified retrospective approach. Therefore, the comparative figures have not been restated.
When the modified retrospective approach is applied, the Company does not restate the comparative figures. Instead, the cumulative effect of applying the EAS is initially recognized as an adjustment to the opening balance of retained earnings on the date of initial application.
