Source text - English Family is responsible for educating the children correctly in standard criteria that are away from aberrance. There is a number of duties and obligations of families.
First, Families are responsible for saving the factors of settlement, amiability, and tranquility in home, and removing any sort of violence, malice, and antagonism. The aberrance of majority of the aggressive children, which would lead to criminality, was the result of the home unsettlement. An educationist says, “If we visit jails, brothels, and insane asylums— then visit schools for counting the unsuccessful, the quarrel makers, the politically extremists, and the abnormal, we will definitely notice that most of such individuals were deprived of the family settlement. They must have been lacking tranquil houses in which there should be compassionate fathers and kind mothers that do not exceed in dalliance or severity. The corruption of such houses has created such pictures of social disorder and purposeless and unsettled generations.”
Amiability and compassion to sons have the greatest bearing on the sound composition of individuals. Mental complexes are the inevitable result in case fathers pay no attention to this fact. Sons are not ready to accept any advice or guidance unless there is a sort of sincere amiability among the members of families. Psychologists have proven that the complexes that emerge in the period of early childhood, especially those complexes that are originated from the parents’ bad relations with their sons, are the most serious and the preliminary to personal disorders.
Translation - Pashto (Pushto) د کورنیو دندې:
کورنۍ مسؤلې دي چې خپل ماشومان په سمه توګه او کره معیارونو سره وروزي تر څو د هر ډول بې لارۍ او انحراف څخه خوندي وي، په همدې موخه کورنۍ باید لاندې دندې او مسولیتونه تر سره کړي.
لمړي: کورنۍ مسولیت لري چې د کور په دننه کې د ثبات، ارامۍ او خوشالۍ ټول عوامل خوندي و ساتي او له بل پلوه هر ډول تاوتریخوالی، حسد او دوښمني له کوره لری کړي. د اکثره ځوروونکو ماشومانو بې لاریتوب چې د جرم د مرتکب کېدو سبب ګرځي د کور د بې ثباتۍ او د کور څخه د بې برخې کېدو په پایله کې رامنځ ته کیږي. یو عالم وایي (( که چېرې موږ د زندانونو، بداخلاقۍ ځایونو، دیوانه خانو څخه لیدنه وکړو او همدار رنګه په ښوونځیو کې د ناکامو کسانو، شخړه جوړونکو او د سیاسي افراطیانو کتنه وکړو په دې به پوه شو چې ډېرې دغسې افراد په کور کې د اوسېدو څخه بې برخې دي، او دوئ داسې یوه خوشاله کورنۍ نه لري په کوم کور کې چې يو مینه ناک پلار او مهربانه مور ژوند کوي چې اولادونو سره په سختۍ او نرمۍ کې له افراط څخه کار نه اخلي. همدارنګه په کورونو کې دغسې فساد دبې هدفه نسلونو او ټولنیزو ګډوډیو دغسې ناوړه انځورونه رامنځ کوي.)).
د اولادونو سره مینه او شفقت د افرادو په جوړښت خورا لوي اغېز لري. که چېرې پلرونه دې حقیقت ته پام ونکړي او له اولادونو سره مینه او شفقت ونلري ذهني پېچلتیا یا اختلاط یې حتمي پایله ده. تر هغه چې د کورنۍ د غړو تر منځ صادقانه ملګرتیا شتون ونلري ځامن دې ته چمتو ندي چې کومه مشوره او لارښوونه و مني. ارواه پوهانو ثابته کړې هغه اختلاطات چې د کوچنیتوب دوران کې په ځانګړی توګه والدینو سره د ناوړه اړیکو له کبله رامنځ ته کیږي خورا جدي دي او د شخصیتي بې نظمۍ لپاره لمړنې قدم دی .

Bio
I have gained my Master's degree in Educational Management and Administration from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) and received my bachelor's in English language and literature. Moreover, I have over one decade of working experience in different types of translations, e.g., news, legal English, medical English, and other technical translations from English into Pashto and Dari and vice versa. Besides translating, I am a university lecturer of English language and literature at a public university where I teach core subjects of the program such as Translation, composition, and linguistics. In addition, I have published several research publications about educational leadership in well-reputed international journals, and currently am working on several other research papers that will be available online soon.
