Cuando se hace una estación geológica en el campo, es decir cuando se marca un punto en el terreno, sirve para describir las características físicas de las rocas, sus propiedades, color, forma, extensión, relaciones con otras rocas, etc, Igual podría ser un outcrop point, pero me parece más adecuado geological station. Por cierto, nunca había escuchado geomechanical station. Tratando de ser más literales, podría decirse geological-mechanical stations, aunque me suenta un tanto raro. Suerte! |
