I cannot think out anything good at the moment. Maybe 单手止放?

Thanks!
Stefanie Sendelbach Apr 11, 2006:
Don't take the "Brems-" part too literal. Basically the leash is just stopped from unrolling any further (the dog is thus stopped from running away too far). And, yes, 系统 might be redundant here.
Jianming Sun (asker) Apr 11, 2006:
xxxx单手制动和回拽系统 ? Sounds not too good. :-) Maybe I should not use 系统here. Thank you for kind help!
Stefanie Sendelbach Apr 11, 2006:
Yes, "Einhand" means "mit einer Hand"/"with one hand"/单手. The whole thing can be operated with one hand. They mention this to underline how practical and easy to use the whole thing is. Do you already have a solution for the whole term?
Jianming Sun (asker) Apr 11, 2006:
Thank you Stefanie! You really are a great help! Your English is anything other than lame. Does "Einhand" mean单手? Thank you in advance!
Stefanie Sendelbach Apr 11, 2006:
Yes, 回 might be more suitable than 后. Note that the word "Einhand" also belongs to the whole term. It is a patented xxx stopping and back-pulling system to be operated with one hand. (Excuse my lame English translation. It's just for better understand
Jianming Sun (asker) Apr 11, 2006:
Thanks! May 回拽系统 be better?
Stefanie Sendelbach Apr 11, 2006:
Sounds good :-)
Jianming Sun (asker) Apr 11, 2006:
? :-)
Jianming Sun (asker) Apr 11, 2006:
Thanks Stefanie ! 后拽系统

Explanation

Hi Jianming,

This seems to be the same mechanism as in your last question. The user can push a button to stop the lash from unwinding, and he/she can release the button (or push it in another direction or something) to start some automatism that pulls the lash back in. Just like the power chord in a vacuum cleaner :-)

This is what your lash should look like: http://www.tierfreunde-shop.de/tierfreunde/assets/s2dmain.ht... You see the little button on top? That's where the owner can either release or pull back the leash.

Sorry, I kept writing it wrongly above. Should be "leash", not "lash".
