Requirements/Test Plans:
The Product Verification (PV) member assigned as the Project Lead (PL) for a given feature/release attends the requirements review held by Product Management (PM).
The PV PL begins to formulate the test plan in accordance with the requirements.
Following completion of the test plan, the PL holds a formal review with members from PV, Development (Dev), and PM in order to achieve document signoff.
Feature Test:
Dev achieves Code Complete (CC), determining that the development work on the release is ready to enter the PV cycle.
PV begins Test Case First Pass (TCFP), a cyclical period of heavy code churn during which:
o The feature test cases are executed by the PV staff;
- defects are identified and reported;
