agree  Julie Barber: yes, I think that it can be misleading because administration in French usually refers to business administration/management. An administrator could be a director in this meaning not 'admin' staff

Since there is no context and background, this has to be a guess; there is an official degree like that, but I am not sure it fits your context. In translating certificates and degrees, it is always advisable to keep the opriginal in brackets, as the understanding of the exact title often varies from country to country. Maybe check in the kudoz glossary,too. It seems to me we had a similar question recently. All the best
