Publier les bans Explanation: Je crois que vous avez raison, il s'agit de la publication des bans. Seule une autorité publique peut se permettre d'attirer l'attention générale (notice). Cependant, un léger doute plane : à la première lecture, je me suis demandé s'il ne s'agissait pas ou d'un avis donné au maire par l'Officier d'Etat Civil ou le procureur d'un lien de parenté trop proche existant entre les deux futurs mariés à leur insu, ou de l'opposition ou de la réticence d'une personne juste avant que le maire ne pose les questions de consentement. Là aussi, il s'agit de remarques, il s'agit d'attirer l'attention. J'en reviens à l'essentiel : votre première interprétation (publication des bans) était bonne. |
