Sometimes, readers will have hard time to understand what that means when you translate some English words while they will have no problem understanding the words if they were left untranslated. "윈도우즈(pronounced 'Windows')", if translated, should be "창문들 (windows) in Korean. When you just leave it as it is or just transliterate, readers will understand clearly what that means. I am sorry this is not the best example. I cannot think of a good example right now.
"ecard" is one of these words. Although "card" in "ecard" means "우편엽서 (postcard)" as the previous answerer correctly translated, it is better to just transliterate "card" to "카드(pronounce 'card')" in Korean, and translate "e" to "전자(electric), thus "ecard" to "전자카드". Also, using "ecard" as it is is not a bad idea. You can find many Korean websites use the word "ecard" as it is in English. Please try this:
