neutral  Rahi Moosavi: I beg to differ. مالکیت انحصاری and شش دانگ can't be together, this is redundent. If own شش دانگ then you are ineed مالک انحصاری

  -> Thanks Rahi! as you may see in the note I corrected myself and wrote "tamame shesh dange yek bab khaneh" and that's the exact translation from "Sample Works on Translation of Deeds and Documents" by Rahim Aslanzadeh published on 1377.
