Thank you for your comment. I always read my references my friend, but actually, the term معارف اسلامی covers all those fields you mentioned here. Maybe it is not a suitable name for this course, but we have to find an appropriate equivalent for the term.

: Since this is seems to be an introductory course, maybe Introduction to Islam would be better...but Islamic Studies I is OK too, since it shows it is the beginning course. Generally, "Islamic Studies" would be the name of the whole college program.

This is one of the general course title which all the university students should study this subject. It's not an introduction to religion at all. I usually translate the University Transcript, and I always translated to "Islamic Knowledge". So, it might be an option!
