Sinon, editorial se traduit effectivement par rédactionnel, mais dès lors que l'on y inclut l'iconographie, il ne peut pas s'agir du seul texte.

"contenu rédactionnel" est correct, mais "texte" est plus court, alors si vous avez besoin de la version courte... J'ai longtemps travaillé dans l'édition en GB et suis sûre des deux traductions.
