English translation:BB
Explanation:
This is a journal named BetriebsBerater and is often referred to, like NZI = Neue Zeitschrift für das Recht der Insolvenz und Sanierung. I don't know what AG (maybe Arbeitsgericht) stands for.
But check for yourselves.

neutral  Steffen Walter: This abbreviation could have virtually ANY meaning, depending on further context. I wouldn't dare post an answer without further information.

-> Well Steffen, I checked a list of abbreviations BB and this seemed to be the most probable and/or suitable for a text about insolvency... Anyway, just a suggestion.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks. Yes, I think that it is probably the name of a journal. I think that AG stands for Amtsgericht.

grounds of appeal (if it is an abbreviation for "Berufungsbegründung")

Explanation:
This is what "BB" usually means in the documents that I translate (litigation).

A small "bb", on the other hand, means "bereits benannt", i.e. "already named" (when referring to witnesses).

Without knowing more about what you are translating I can only make these suggestions as further possibilities.
