I think کلک here means ناقلا and actually does not connotate a very negative meaning, so we have to find a more "gentle" equivalent. This phrase is mostly used to call a sharp or subtle person who does things ingeniously and dexterously.

Discussion
We would probably use the expression "ey kalak" in a love case like this one: When a lover answer his/her phone with a delay: the other lover would probably go : کلک! دور و ورت شلوغ شده ها
now I think the expression in a same case in English would be: "Come on, who were you talking to." and as Edward said with the tone expressing on the "come on" part.
..Just an idea.
