Varsa daha fazla bağlam iyi olurdu aslında. Ama adını yazdığınız kurum, ihtiyacı olanlara sağlık masraflarına katkı, sosyal yardım vb sağlama amacına yönelikse, ki öyle anlaşılıyor, Fon kelimesinin daha uygun olacağı kanısındayım. Hatta Sandık kelimesinin de böyle bir kullanımı var (ama daha çok devlet inisiyatifiyle kurulan fonlar için kullanılıyor galiba):
