Explanation:
Il s'agit d'un oxymore* du jargon des RH (Ressources Humaines, autre oxymore, voir Michela Marzano ci-dessous) d'origine anglo-saxone (man resource) et très à la mode actuellement. 'Personne' tout seul ou 'ressource' tout seul seraient amplement suffisants, mais cela fait nettement plus 'Corporate' de combiner les deux.

En Castellano, donde todavia impera mas el sentido comun (aunque por poco tiempo, me temo) usaria 'recursos', 'empleados' o incluso 'colaboradores'.
