I don't understand the force of nach 2009 auch 2010 here. The text was writen in jan 2010. Does it mean that the GDP will shrink in 2010 as it did in 2009?

agree  David Hollywood: indeed :) BIP = GDP ... an alternative: as in 2009, there will be continued GDP shrinkage in 2010
