"Hágase entrega de los edictos al Procurador solicitante para que de inmediato se encargue de su publicación y lo acredite en las actuaciones en un plazo no superior a 10 días, requiriéndole nuevamente al entregárselos."

Not sure what is going on here. It appears to read:

"Notices shall be submitted to the Petitioning Lawyer so that he may publish them immediately and accredit this in the proceedings within ten days, summoning him again when they are submitted to him."

But this seems particularly obscure, even for judicial mumbo-jumbo. Can anyone throw any light on the matter?
