French term or phrase: A.S.R.T.
I am translating a "fiche d'analyses microbiologiques des denrées alimentaires" (as part of a court case relating to food poisoning)

There is a table of results with headings such as "E.COLI" "SALMONELLA" "ENTEROBACTERIACEAE" and then a lot of acronyms of other food borne bacteria that I can't seem to find on google

Does anyone specialising in microbiology know what "A.S.R.T." could stand for?

Unfortunately the document doesn't make it very clear whether or not all the entries are types of bacteria etc, I just assumed they were as the entries that are written out in full are all things like ecoli etc and I know the case I am translating docs for relates to an outbreak of food poisoning. But ASRT could be a type of test rather than a bug. As both your suggestions are English terms I may just leave it untranslated, although it would be nice to know how the term fits into the context

Notes to answerer
Asker: I read through the article you posted and it seems ASRT is linked to EColi: "Jung et al. (2003) demonstrated that ASRT binds to ASR and that its presence speeds up the photocycle of ASR when the two are co-expressed in Escherichia coli....". I still don't understand the concept fully, but feel happy leaving the term untranslated.
