se trata de los estatutos de una empresa. La frase dice:
"... le Comité d'entreprise peut demander en justice la désignation d'un mandataire chargé de convoquer l'assemblée générale des associés en cas d'urgence."

No sé si "en justice" se refiere aquí a "legalmente" o "ante la justica".

Ante la justicia


Explanation:
ENtiendo que se refiere a que la justicia lo nombre, especialmente porque dice "en cas d'urgence". De heho existe el "mandatire en justice" (mandataio judicial) que se define como sigue: Mandataire en justice : Personne mandatée par voie judiciaire pour assurer la gestion temporaire d'une société qui connaît des difficultés financières importantes.
