Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Tender
Spanish term or phrase: Proponentes
I am translating a tender document for a US client.
I have worked in construction and we always used tender and tenderer - but I would like clarification that this is the best term for a US market.
Alternatively, tender/bid and bidder?

Thanks
