English term or phrase: to have a massive neck
This is part of a conversation between 3 guys which have just taken some Viagra pills to apparently ease the altitude effects in Chile.

One of the guys drinks some water with the pills, and the second guy asks for some water too:

"I’m going to have a massive neck if I don’t have some of that." My naive question is: is this an euphemism for "erection" or is he just talking about a swelling neck as an effect of the pills??

CLARKSON:
Apparently, Viagra for reasons unknown to science stops you having an oedema in your lung.

HAMMOND:
I thought it was more in the trouser department it concentrated on.

CLARKSON:
Well, that might be a side effect of what you’re about to do.

HAMMOND: Down the hatch.
CLARKSON: Here we go.
HAMMOND; Nothing is happening.
CLARKSON: I can’t swallow it.
MAY: It doesn’t work.
HAMMOND: Nothing is happening.
CLARKSON: I can’t swallow it.
HAMMOND: Nothing is happening.

MAY:
I’m going to have a massive neck if I don’t have some of that.

CLARKSON:
Apparently, that will save our lives.

MAY: Don’t make me laugh.

CLARKSON:
Just taken Viagra on top of the Andes.

Explanation:
maybe he means that he will experience the effects of viagra at the level of his neck instead of the lungs and the "trousers' department" as they call it. I think that he has just taken the pill but can't manage to wash it down unless he has a glass of water.

explotaré, me voy a explotar

Explanation:
I think this should be looked at as "I'm going to explode if I don't ...." It has nothing to do with upper or lower body parts :)
It is an expression.
