I originally thought it was receptionist, but my document also makes reference to "réceptioniste"

In a section discussing procedures in a hospital's accident and emergency department.

"Aux horaires d'ouvertures des admissions = l'admission est réalisée entre l'admissionniste et le patient, la famille, les pompiers, les ambulanciers, la police

Hors horaires d'ouvertures des admissions = l'admission est réalisée avec le PC de l'IOA localisé sur son chariot mobil, puis dans un deuxième temps les admissions sont revues par l'admissionniste.
