намоленную воду

I don't want to use the obvious "holy water" because the context here is a geographical area where Islam is prevalent, most likely Dagestan. A girl possessed by a jinn has been advised to drink намоленную воду daily as part of a cure. From my research I gather this is a traditional cure involving water that has had verses of the Koran recited over it. "Holy water" just sounds too Catholic (or Orrthodox) for me.
Blessed water?
Надо пить намоленную воду, каждое утро натощак, вместе с ложкой масла черного тмина и меда.

healing water/ water that has been recited over /Ruqyah water)
Ruqyah is a spiritual healing ritual the text is referring to: http://www.missionislam.com/health/ruqiyahrecitation.html
Also, google "ruqyah water" in quotations for examples of usage -- there are too many to include here.
I don't think holy/blessed/sacred works here and prayer water implies that the water is used for prayer, which is not the case.

The Misha
: Some links for ruqyah water also call it recited water, which also googles well & is probably more palatable for a general audience.I wouldn't worry too much about authenticity here since this is going to be eons away from authentic English no matter what

Thanks, Misha. Yes, "recited water" works also.

prayer water
Just a guess -- water that's been used in a prayer. 'Blessed water' implies it's been blessed by some holy figure.

sacred water
why not?

"zam-zam water" Zam Zam is a well in Mecca, where the water is holy for all Muslims(in this particular well) . But I don`t know it for sure and can`t find, so it`s a guess

Your excerpt mentions Djinns [Islamic demons], the girl was possessed by them. "To scare them away" - in English there's a special word for it - to exorcise. Hence, the answer to your query.
Please note the correct spelling, I inadvertently misspelled it before.
