o Avec l’application des taux forfaitaires, les décomptes sont à remettre trimestriellement. L’assujetti s’engage à conserver au moins 3 années civiles cette méthode. En cas d’option, l’application de la méthode des taux forfaitaires n’est pas admise. Celui qui n’a pas, dès le début de son assujettissement, choisi la méthode des taux forfaitaires doit appliquer la méthode effective durant 10 ans avant de pouvoir demander l’application des taux forfaitaires. "

Thx. HNY. Options in UK tax law are commonly used for other scenarios e.g. exercising of share and stock options.
