Albanian term or phrase: Fond

After some Googling I believe that "fund" is the correct word. But "collection" is also used, and it's the solution I chose, that's why I reward this answer (still waiting for an option to give points to more than one contribution). Thanks to all of you!

disagree  Oliver Qamili: I'm not sure "fonds" is an English word. I've seen the Law of Archives No 9154 date 06.11.2003 Article 2/6, and "Fondi arkivor kombëtar" in Albanian should definitely not be translated "National archival fond" in English, but "National archival fund".

Fascicle / Folder

Explanation:
Your grades' list is preserved in a big folder (fascicle). As there are quite many lists through the years, it is impossible to keep them all in one folder/fascicle, so there are many numbered folders/fascicles, each of them keeping a certain number of documents / grades' list.

Example sentence(s):
  • If you finished high school in June 1992, then your grades'list should be in the fascicle/folder of June 1992. Come back tomorrow and I'll have ot for you.

agree  Andi Progonati: I agree. I have dealt with such a word. And I think "fascicle" is the most appropriate one and quite understandable too.
