Looking at powdered drinks on the Internet, it looks like they talk about how many servings a tub can produce. See for example:

http://www.amazon.com/Amazing-Grass-SuperFood-60-Servings-17...

So my suggestion would be to move away from "yield" completely and go with something along the lines of "how many servings are there in a tub/bottle of XXX?"
